How It Works
Jobs Sync Hourly
Jobs sync bidirectionally every 1-2 hours. Status, technicians, scheduled times, and line items stay in sync between HCP and Ply.
Technicians Hourly
HCP technicians sync to Ply as users. Name, email, and employee ID flow automatically with each sync cycle.
Pricebook Hourly
HCP pricebook syncs to Ply materials library. SKU, name, price, category, and tax settings transfer automatically.
Line Items Hourly
Materials added to jobs in Ply sync back to HCP as invoice line items. Quantities, prices, and taxes included.
Kits Hourly
Ply kits expand into individual line items on HCP invoices. Max 10 materials per kit batch.
