Your negotiated contract pricing is calculated in real-time when you create a PO. Select your contract to get accurate pricing, taxes, and extended totals before submitting.
Purchase Orders Real-time
Create POs in Ply and submit directly to Ferguson. Orders include line items, quantities, pricing, shipping details, and delivery preferences. Sent instantly on submission.
Order Status Webhook
Ferguson pushes order updates automatically via webhook. Track fulfillment status, shipping details, backorders, and billed amounts without leaving Ply.
Consigned Auto-Replenishment Scheduled
Consigned inventory replenishment runs at 12 PM and 8 PM daily. Based on material usage at configured locations, Ply automatically creates POs to replenish stock.
